5/28/19-Good morning, I'm sending a update on Hazel. She is doing great fits right in loves anyone " human" around her. She is walking better on her leash and had lost some more weight - she looks great. Hazel has to be in a fenced yard or on a run and we have not found another dog she can get along with yet - she must be only dog. Hazel has never had accident in house or destroyed anything. She has been an absolute pleasure and will make a wonderful addition to any family if you’re lucky enough to rescue her and give her a forever home.

4/20/19  Hazel has been nothing but a treat to have. She will need a fenced in yard or long run. She greets us daily with a toy, never makes a mess in the house or gets into anything. At night she will cuddle with us and gets up when we do. Hazel
loves to look out the window and watch the birds and squirrels.
Hazel has been wonderful to everyone she meets , My Granddaughters
just love her. Hazel loves to go for a ride with her head out the window-
She has that fun sweet boxer personality.

4/8/19-Hazel has been a delight to have for the last week. She has been a little anxious and sad, I think mostly confused as to how she ended up with us. She is fabulous in the house does not touch a thing. She enjoys her toys, walk and running. I was told she has lost 20 pounds in last 4 Months due to better food and exercise.  Hazel still needs to lose a little more weight. She loves to sleep with her humans at night. I was told she didn’t get along with most other dogs and did not like cats.  She had one good dog friend but other dogs meeting on a leash didn’t go as well. For this reason she would be best as an only dog.  She has welcomed everyone people wise who stops in with a warm greeting and loves to give out kisses. I think she would be a great addition to your family if you have time to walk with her daily and work with her on her leash skills. I will be giving another update soon.

3/31/19-Hazel is a very nice 6 year old owner surrender.  Her current owner got Hazel from someone who knew of an older person who was having major surgery and could no longer care for her.  Hazel’s current owner is a single dad & found he didn’t have enough time that he felt Hazel deserved.  He said she is great with infants to adults, good with some dogs (mostly has issues if leashed when meeting another dog), but not good with cats.  She loves to wiggle and give kisses and walks best on a gentle leader collar, otherwise she pulls very hard when walking.  More updates soon from her foster home.
