GIDGET - PUG
08/06/2023 – After a long day of different car rides, I came to rest in my foster home yesterday. I can’t thank everyone enough for getting me out of that place where all I did was give them puppies and after they had no more use for me, they gave me away. A special thank you to Ashley for keeping me in her home overnight before my transport. Oh, and I can’t forget Charlotte who gave foster mom a whole bag of goodies for me. I’m so happy that other life is behind me and I’m ready to face this new world that’s ahead of me. While I was at the vet, not only did I get spayed but I had a procedure called stenotic nares, which means that my nostrils were very skinny so they opened them up. I have stitches which will need to be removed in about 10 to 14 days. I don’t even realize they are there. They haven’t stopped me from eating and drinking. There are several water bowls inside the house and a few buckets filled with water outside and I can help myself whenever I want! So far, this new life is agreeing with me but I am looking for a home to call my own. It would be pawsome if someone out there would come and claim me as their own. Of course, I’ll need some training but think of the fun we’d have doing it together!
