8/11/24-Coco is such an adorable little girl she actually starts to fall sleep on your lap with her little tongue sticking out!!! Lol

8/9/24-Coco is doing great & is a delightful little girl, but busy! (and I might just be getting old! LOL). She loves playing with neighbor’s young dog.  We are still working on the potty training and crate training . She pretty much knows her name & is understanding when I say “no” and redirect her to her toys. She is ready to go home!

8/5/24-Coco is cuddly but also full of spunk! My sister in law’s dog comes over frequently (80 lb lab, only 13 months old) and they take turns chasing each other and then they lay down near each other.  They are adorable together!

8/3/24-Coco arrived to her foster home thanks to his transport volunteers. She is sweet, cuddly and a very relaxed girl! She will be ready to go home in a few days!

8/2/24-Coco might be a pint size critter, but she is overflowing with love and energy and typical boxer craziness. She and her brother have never been exposed to the finer elements of life as in living indoors. This has been a whole New World for her eating food out of a bowl, listening to the TV, being on a leash and having a nice warm bed. Housebreaking is a work in progress, but once she gets to her long-term foster home and they can get a routine I’m sure she will do just fine. She’s always looking for affection and she is such a tiny little pixie. You just can’t help pick her up and love on her. She is curious about everything and follows me around like anywhere I go is a new adventure. She had her distemper and rabies shot today and the vet checked her out and everything is A-OK. It’s so good to hear the big plop of boxer puppy paws on the floor and when she eats, she nibbles four or five kibble and then flops down and thinks about it for a second and then just gets back up and does it again.  Can’t say enough how adorable she is!

7/31/24-Coco is an adorable 19 week old female fawn & white boxer puppy. She came in with her brother Ace from a commercial breeder as they just got too old to sell. They arrived into rescue tonight thanks to their transport & temporary foster volunteers. We estimate she will get to around 45 lbs full grown.

8/4/24-I have had Coco 24 hours and she is already going to the door when she needs to go to the bathroom! She is so smart & she is a cuddler!
