11/4/24-Hi! My name is Jack McSnugglefluff! I just got to my foster home on Saturday. I’m so thankful to be here, to be clean and to have a family to snuggle with, especially my foster mom. I love her the most! So far my favorite things are mom, sleeping in moms bed with mom, couches, couches with mom, fuzzy blankets, fuzzy blankets with mom. I really love my mom. Mom says I’m such a good boy! It took a long time to clean me up when I got here this weekend as i was full of nasty burrs all over my belly. I was very patient. I didn’t growl, curl my lips, bite, bark, or whine. I only wiggled a little. I feel so much better. Thanks mom. I’m getting used to a lot of new things and I’m a little nervous. But, I’m a quick learner. I’ve learned how to go up and down stairs. I found a bell hanging on the door. When I touched it, it made a noise and everyone got up to let me outside and told me I was a good boy. Soon, I will learn how to use the doggie door too.

11/3/24-Jack McSnugglefluff did pretty good last night. After his grooming he just wanted to be by my side. At bedtime I tried the crate but he wasnt having it. So I broke the rules and let him sleep w me. He was perfect and made it all the way through the night. He loves to snuggle and give hugs. This morning he ate breakfast and dewormer, drank plenty of water and even tried to play w one of the pugs. He is such a sweet little boy. Even though his bath and groom took a really long time last night, I think he feels so much better. He’s so thankful. He gives us all hugs and kisses. This little boy deserves all the best.

11/2/24-Jack McSnugglefluff is a totally new dog. He’s such a good boy. He’s so grateful to be clean and burr free. After about an 1.5 hrs of cutting I got all the burrs and most of the matting. I have never seen anything this bad. His butt was completely matted shut. There’s still so much more to be done for this little guy. But for now he deserves to rest. 11/01/24-Jack is a 1 year old male Cavapoo (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel/miniature poodle). He came from a commercial breeder as they just didn’t need him. He arrived safely into rescue today thanks to his transport & overnight volunteers. He is being neutered on Tuesday 11/5 & will be ready to go home soon after!
