3/11/25-Penelope (aka: Penny) is a tiny 13 week old female Cavapoo (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel/miniature poodle). She came from a commercial breeder as she just got too old to sell. She arrived safely into rescue today thanks to her transport volunteers. The vet she went to already spayed her & she has no known health issues. This cutie will surely be adopted quickly.
