8/12/25-Callie is literally the best! Her nub wags when she’s happy to see you!!

7/27/25-Callie is doing great & we are all shocked this bully girl is still here! She is crate trained (a little push to get in & then no peep) & she gets so excited to see the leash as she loves going for walks. She is good on a leash (if you don’t mind a little stopping to smell the roses, bushes, ground, etc-beagle nose for sure!). She also loves car rides & makes a great co-pilot..though she may take a nap on you & not be good at giving directions. Lol She loves human attention, dances in place to get you to laugh & likes to give kisses. She thinks she is a lap dog so be prepared as she will jump up to join you, even if no room in the chair! She even knows sit & just grab the squirt water bottle is she gets into mischief & she stops right away without even a squirt…smart girl!  She gets along with the 3-yr female doodle here but isn’t playful with her.  She will be fine with another chill dog that is looking for a hang out buddy but not a playful pal.  Callie Marshmallow is so sweet & though she is 5 she is learning life outside being a puppy producer, so she has curiosity of a puppy (tosses toys in air & pounces them, runs around yard doing zoomies, puppy nibbles you for attention). she recently tried to howl like her beagle genes, but she failed miserably! So no worries of beagle braying. Lol Don’t miss out on this perfect blend of short, stocky English Bulldog & beagle so there is no terrible breathing or eye issues.

7/14/25-Callie Marshmallow is daydreaming about getting a forever home! She loves massage, snuggles and kisses.

7/3/25-Ms. Callie Marshmallow is still learning the ropes! She is for sure so stinkin’ cute! She’s normally really happy to see anyone who walks in the house with an overly aggressive wag of her nub, and always wants to leave when we leave thru the garage!  She loves to be pet and will follow you around the house wherever you may go. She’s still learning how to be the “new girl” in the house, and how to play, but we’re working on it. Unfortunately her internal spay stitches had opened up so she needed a second surgery to fix it but she is ok now.  She eats and takes her medication without issues & healing up from her surgeries well.  She normally goes out on her own via a push door that doesn’t lock & doggie door to go potty a few times a day. She loves to wander around our fenced in back yard & take in all the nature. We hope she finds the best home soon!

6/25/25-Miss Callie Marshmallow is loving life here! She was spayed yesterday & is doing great! She found her voice, kind of! And doesn’t love to be left alone in the crate at night when she thinks there is still time to play!
She’s food motivated, but who isn’t?! She hasn’t had an accident in the house at all! We are all proud & happy!!! She’s starting to play a bit with our dog Coco, which is so fun to watch! She LOVES to be pet, scratched and just loved on!!! When you stop, she gives you that side eye!  Lol She thinks she’s a cat or a tiny dog! What’s not to love?  This darling 5 yr old retired mama is ready for pickup !! Her leopard ears are so Bougie!

6/14/25-This sweet, but shy girl arrived today to her foster home! She’s a little skittish right now, but is fallin’ in love with the boys of the house. She’s getting along with the 2 other dogs (labradoodle & Pom-chi) without problems. She’s also doing well with a 4.5 year old & 20 month old rambunctious human boys! She’s so cute!!! And sure loves the boys & me. She has already figured out the dog door too.

06/13/25-Callie Marshmallow is a 5yr old female Beabull(English Bulldog/beagle). She came in from a commercial breeder as they just didn’t need her anymore. She arrived safely into rescue today thanks to her transport & temporary foster volunteers. Her overnight foster home said she is so precious! She bonded quickly with her adult daughter and loved head rubs. She is being treated for an ear infection & has an umbilical hernia that will get fixed during her spay on Monday 6/23. She will be ready to go to her new home soon after her spay.
