5/15/26-Chrissie’s pre-spay appointment went well today.  Her house-training is going good, she gets the drift lol. Gets along great with my Cattle dog, happy, licky & sweet… we love her already.
 

5/12/26-Chrissie is a beautiful 6 month old cavalier king charles spaniel mix. We think she is likely a cavapoo (cavalier king charles spaniel/mini poodle) or cockalier (cavalier king charles spaniel/cocker spaniel). She has a docked tail. Without a DNA test though by her new owner she will be a mystery. She was an owner surrender that came into rescue today as her elderly owner was no longer able to care for her due to dementia & is moving to assisted living later this month. The owner is forgetting to take her out so she was spending hours in a crate. She is partially pee pad trained & lived with a cat. Her pre-spay appointment is this Friday & her spay is on Monday 5/18 & then she will be ready for her new home.
