10/28/23-I’d like to introduce you to Burton the Cavapoo puppy! With the holidays right around the corner we thought naming him after Tim Burtons Nightmare Before Christmas was fitting. Burton came to rescue from a puppy mill essentially becoming “too old” to sell at 17 weeks old. He is a bit shy with humans but has made lots of improvements in just 24 hours. He loves his littermate (Coraline) who we are also fostering and enjoys the company of the other dogs in his foster home. He absolutely loves running and playing in the fenced yard with the other dogs. Burton has already seen our vet for an overall health check up and vaccinations. He is going to the groomer first thing Monday morning, he desperately needs a trim especially around his paws and face. I can’t wait to see what he looks like after his makeover! 10/27/23-Burton is handsome 17 week old cavapoo (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel/miniature poodle). He & his sister Coraline arrived safely into rescue today thanks to their transport volunteers. We estimate they both will be about 20 lbs full grown. More updates soon from their foster home!
