11/29/23-Little Ms. Sassy Kay loves laying between my girls. She is very food motivated so she enjoyed dog training with all the snacks. Sassy is  a little Houdini at escaping from her pen though!  Monday I put her in the pen while I was at work and when my husband got home she was out playing with my girls.  If she is not Houdini then I can bet you Fancy Pants was involved. Sassy loves being around other dogs and she bonds with her people quickly.   She does well with children 2 years and older.  She did well out in an about during Thanksgiving. Sassy, she was not startled by loud noise or a house full of guests. Apply now for this 9lb bundle of joy. She may be a magician!

11/25/23-Sassy Kay is adorable & resembles Angela Lansbury. She started to climb stairs today, jumping up on the couch & snuggling. Sassy has found her voice just like Mrs. Potts from Beauty and the Beast. She is curious like Jessica Fletcher from Murder She Wrote. Won’t you add her to your family?

11/23/23-Miss Sassy Kay would like to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving. This little cutie is coming out of he shell. She is leaving her pen more to walking around with the resident doggie girls. The girls want to play with her but they know she is not ready for the rough housing. She doesn’t make a peep all day. I only hear the bell on her collar when she walks around.

11/23/23-Sassy Kay is being well taken care of by Fancy. She is such a momma bear to Sassy. Tuesday Sassy joined us during training by snacking on hot dogs and cheese. Sassy is going potty on the potty pad. She is enjoy soft food. Sassy is very sweet and very observant. She enjoys sleeping in a crate with an open door to a pen. Sassy slso seems to enjoy watch the Crown on Netflix.  I think she maybe a Pricess Diana fan! This adorable tiny 3 year old Shitzu is looking for her new home!
 
11/19/23-Meet Sassy Kay.  She loves her cozy crate. She is a little timid right now but she has only been free from puppy mill life for 2 days. Sassy is not timid of larger dogs. My dog Fancy is very curious about her. Sassy is also doing well with potty pad training. She is already spayed and ready for a new home!
 

11/17/23-Sassy Kay is a 3 year old female Shih Tzu. She was saved from a puppy mill as they were done breeding her. She arrived safely into rescue tonight thanks to her transport volunteers. Updates soon from her foster home.
