1/13/24-Riley is such a sweet girl. She loves to play. Sleeps quietly in her crate. We are working on potty training . She is your typical pup, needs to see what’s going on. Loves being with her people. We already started puppy field trips to socialize her. She also got her rabies shot today so she is able to go to her new home!

01/11/24-Riley Mae is an adorable 16 week old Mini aussiedoodle (miniature poodle/miniature Australian shepherd). She was saved from a puppy mill as she just got too old to sell. She arrived safely into rescue tonight thanks to her transport volunteers. We were told she was only 10 weeks old but when we saw she was a lot bigger than should be for her age we found her date of birth. She wasn’t given her rabies shot as it was thought she was too young. Once we get her rabies shot done she will be ready to go home. She is lyme & anaplasmosis positive (both infections caused by ticks), so she is on an antibiotic to clear these up. We estimate she will be about 28 lbs full grown.
