01/29/2024 – Wow, what a few busy days have I had! I am finally settling into my new foster home.  I’m afraid I’ll miss a name or two so let me just say thank you to everyone who helped me arrive at my foster home, from the people who picked me up and kept me and my brother Teddy overnight, to the transport team that brought me to Teddy’s foster home so I could spend another night with him to my foster mom meeting with Teddy’s foster mom. I said a mouthful, didn’t I?

Speaking of mouthfuls, I am eating and drinking very well…..I do have a tendency to wander from my dish to my foster brothers and sister’s dish but eventually I find my way back to my dish. I’ve had a few accidents in the house but my crate has been dry. This is all new to me, foster mom assures me that I’ll get the hang of things.

I love to cuddle with my foster mom and if I had my way, I’d have her carry me all the time, I just love being held. At night, while she watches TV, I get a special treat, I get to stay in her lap. When it’s bedtime, I have been a little vocal as I don’t want to be in my crate, I want to be with everyone else, in time I do settle.

I’m told that my forever home is out there and I can’t wait to meet you! Right now, I’m a puppy and need training so that I can be the best possible companion for my new home. It’s going to take some time, I’m told but I’m willing and able to do what I have to do to find my furever family. Each day will bring a new adventure for me and I can’t wait to share them with you!

1/26/24-Rebel is a sweetheart with no health issues noted at his vet check up. He is a little bigger than his brother Teddy, but still only 14 lbs now. We estimate he will be about 30 lbs max full grown. Right now Rebel letsTeddy do most of the talking but I am sure once he is in a separate foster home this weekend he will let his opinions be known too! Lol

01/25/24-Rebel is an adorable 5 month old Mini aussiedoodle (miniature poodle/miniature Australian shepherd). He came in with his brother Teddy from a loving breeder as they just got too old to sell. They arrived into rescue tonight thanks to their transport & temporary foster volunteers. More updates & pictures soon from their foster homes. These puppies won’t be here long!
