3/28/24-Honey Bee had a busy afternoon with her first trip to Petsmart to pick out a toy then we headed over to Lockport Rehab and she napped with Aunt Hilda. On the way out she was stopped and adored by many residents & staff.  She is such a good girl she walks well on the leash but also rides in a stroller like the Queen Bee she is.  There is a tiny suspected fatty lump near her underarm under the skin to just keep an eye on at this time. If it grows bigger then her new owner may need to get it checked further. After her adventures today Honey Bee is snoring away dreaming of her new family. She doesn’t like to sleep in a dog bed but loves to sleep on her new stuffies!

3/24/24-Honey’s personality is starting to shine through! She loves to explore and run around the house & loves attention.  She is not crated but has a penned in area for night but has free roam during the day. She uses potty pads & goes outside to potty too. She mostly only goes potty at night right now.  This cute girl is ready to go home!

3/19/24-Honey Bee is doing great. She discovered her voice this morning at 3am. She let out a bark and went back to sleep. She is loving attention and falls asleep snoring in her foster mom’s ear. She is now drinking out of a regular dog bowl instead of a rabbit bottle.  She still isn’t a big eater.  Honey is not a fan of the broom and hides in the corner when it comes out.  this girl is very sweet though, still a little reserved. Her lil snorts just melt my heart. She also loves watching television. Your netflix buddy is right here!

3/15/24-This Tubby little girl is beautiful. Honey Bee is a sweet 5 year old puppy mill release as they were just done breeding her. She had her spay, a dental cleaning with 4 teeth extracted, plus she has drops for yeast infection in her ears. She has abrasions on both sides of her face from what the vet suspects are allergies or rub sores. I’m hoping a good diet will take care for that. I was getting kisses in the car ride home. Once we get to know her a little bit she will be ready to go home!
