11/14/21-Bruno was rescued from puppy mill life, along with his lady Ashley (also for adoption) recently. He has begun to settle into his new life already. Bruno is still a bit scared of his new surroundings but is learning a lot of new things; the tv is a fun box of crazy colors and sounds, humans are great snuggle partners, kitchens floors are slippery and stairs are easy to go up but down is a little hard!
Bruno is 75lbs of love! He loves scratches behind the ears and just following you through the house to keep an eye on you. He has been great with his foster boxer mix sister so far and even met the cat! So far he seems to be a bit scared of the kitty but stood next to her today with no issues.
Bruno does need to be coaxed into his kennel but has no issues once in. Potty training is going good but its only been a few days. After a few accidents the first day and being told “NO!” , he has been accident free for 2 days!
Bruno seems like a laid back love bug but is still settling in to life outside the breeding mill,so check back soon for more updates as we learn more about this handsome big boy!
11/11/21-Bruno is a 7 year old handsome boxer boy that came into rescue today. He was retired from breeding by a puppy mill, along with Ashley. We were told he was good with kids & other dogs. Updates soon from her foster home.
