5/26/24-Lulu arrived into rescue today. She’s an owner surrender that was well loved and in great condition. She was just too much for him to handle being a puppy & active. She is said to be good with kids of all ages, but is typical jumpy boxer puppy right now. Her transport team was awesome and made sure that she arrived safely. She ate a little of her dinner and of course all of her hotdog which had her dewormer and her Pepcid…gotta love the power and lure of hotdogs. She’s been introduced to Greta my cardiac boxer girl and Carter my 1 eyed Boston terrier and figured out how to play, run, and dodge both Greta and Carter. This is quite a feat since she was an ONLY dog/energetic puppy in her home. Lulu has only been here a few hours and I’m very impressed with her. We’ll keep you all posted as the week goes on. She goes in for her spay this Thursday 5/30 & will be ready to go home after! Lulu is going to go fast, she’s adorable!
