10/9/24-I have been living with my foster family for almost 2 weeks now. I have two foster brothers and one foster sister, they are also four-legged like me. I have to say right now it is easier to be with them than my foster mom. It’s sad to say that when my foster mom touches me I shake because I am not used to having such loving care from a human. I am getting better at it because I am starting to learn that she means me no harm.I am a very fast learner. I eat at a feeding station outside my crate and my crate has been dry since I have arrived. I only had one accident in the house. I have no problem going in my crate because I get cookies when I’m there. This is a different life than what I’m used to in the breeder farm and I am adjusting quite well. I’m beginning to play outside with my foster siblings. I love the freedom of being able to run and play. I also have no problems going up and down the stairs to go outside and come back inside. Foster mom tells me I’m getting a spa day today which I really don’t know what that means but I’m sure it will be to my liking. Another thing that would be to my liking would be finding a family of my own. I enjoy being here, but I know it’s only temporary because my loving family is out there somewhere waiting for me. I will let you know how my spa day goes when I send another update on myself.

9/29/24-Good morning! Paisley’s crate was dry this morning and she’s eating. She’s also already going to the bathroom outside so I’m happy. She’s not as shut down as many mill dogs that come in, which is a good thing. Right now she’s happier with the dogs than me but with a little adjustment we are sure she will come around.

09/27/24-Paisley is a very beautiful & sweet 4 yr old mini aussie (miniature Australian Shepherd) with one blue & 1 brown eye! She came in to rescue tonight from a commercial breeder thanks to her transport & overnight volunteers. They just didn’t need her anymore to breed.
