3/30/25-Romeo is doing so well in two short days. He is eating and drinking well. Today he went to work with me at the bowling alley and greeted people like old friends. He gives out kisses generously. He does well on a leash but likes to go at his own pace, loves to stop and watch things. Noise does not seem to bother him, spent two hours at the alley and did not react to the noise. He loves to play even by himself & wants to play with my 2 yorkie girls but the Princesses are not having it! Lol He even does stairs no problem. 

3/29/25-Romeo arrived last night and is officially retired from a life of breeding. He is extremely friendly and gives kisses and is quite a ladies man. He loves people.  He is taking medication for a skin infection on his leg. Because he has a very short snout he is a snorter. 

3/28/25-Romeo is a super sweet 6yr old male french bulldog. He came in from a commercial breeder as they were just done breeding him. He arrived safely into rescue today thanks to his transport volunteers. Romeo came in with a skin infection that is being treated with antibiotics. He also is a major snorter, so when he is neutered on 4/10 we will doing nares surgery. This surgery is commonly needed in frenchies due to their super short nose.  It widens their nostrils & helps them breathe better. He eventually will likely need his soft palate trimmed too by his new owner’s vet, if the nose surgery doesn’t do enough for his breathing. Romeo will be ready to go home soon after his surgeries next week.
