5/6/25-Echo said to tell everyone that she loves the ground turkey added to her food. These ex-breeder mamas eat better than I do! Lol I am cleaning her ears with a solution the vet sent & applying the medicine to both of her ears. She is doing great.

5/4/25-I put her in Echo in her crate after she ate her entire breakfast without incident. She had a nice big extra thick dog bed, and she was laying in there like she was the princess of the house!!! She’s so stinking cute. When I left this morning, she was all cuddled up in the bed with my husband and all of the other doggies. Awww!

5/3/25-This girl is so sweet and beautiful. She could be Sophia Loren’s (past boxer foster) twin sister. Except Echo has an affectionate little bouncy playful side to her, which is nice. She has settled in nicely & already cuddling with my girl Snow.  She’s met everyone so far and they all did their sniffing and checking each other out.  She’s cuddly too. I could not get her to eat her supper. She just wanted to dump the bowl over. She licked at when I held the bowl up to her, but when I put it down on the placemat, she just wanted to tip it over and spill it all over the floor. We know these dogs get fed many different ways so it can be an adjustment at first. She’s pretty perfect!

05/02/25-Echo is a sweet 5-year-old female boxer that came in today from a commercial breeder along as they just didn’t need her anymore. She arrived safely into rescue tonight thanks to her transport & overnight foster volunteers. She is being treated for ear infection & her initial vet check as she came into rescue noted she may have a low grade 2 heart murmur (often there is no murmur & just stress of coming in from breeder, anxious & noise etc.). We will get a 2nd check on her heart at our other vet during her spay which we are trying to get scheduled soon.
