6/5/25-Sadie is thriving! She bounced back wonderfully from her spay last week, and yesterday we celebrated her second birthday! She sleeps soundly through the night in her crate, potties outside, and loves snuggles. She is happiest when she is near me. This precious girl deserves a loving family to call her own.
6/4/25-It’s Sadie’s 2nd Birthday! She’s enjoying some fun outside on this beautiful day and a few extra treats. She has been doing so well! Sleeps great, hasn’t had an accident in days, and just an all around happy and loving girl.
5/30/25-Sadie did fine with her spay, but she had an infection inside. They said it was a good thing they did her spay when they did! It has been one week since Sadie arrived and she is doing great! She is recovering well from her spay. She is wearing a onesie to prevent her from licking the incision and she doesn’t mind having it on at all. She let me put a onesie on her easier than any baby has! Sadie is eating and drinking well and sleeps great through the night in her crate. She is doing well learning to walk on a leash and enjoys car rides. She is a snuggly, sweet girl who is learning all about how great her new life is going to be. She will be ready to go to her new home very soon!
5/25/25-Sadie arrived Friday night and is an absolute sweetheart! Her favorite place to be is wherever I am. She gets along great with my two Chihuahuas and has shown no interest in the cat. I am working on housebreaking her to go to the bathroom outside since she wants to be with me when I go out with her, and if I stay inside, she cries at the door. She doesn’t care much for her crate yet, she will bark for a bit before she settles down. She’s starting to eat meals a bit better than when she arrived and has learned that treats are quite tasty!
05/23/25-Sadie is a sweet almost 2 year old Miniature poodle. She came in from a commercial breeder as they just didn’t need her anymore. She arrived into rescue tonight thanks to her transport volunteers. Her pre-spay appointment is next Wednesday 5/28 & her spay is on Thursday 5/29.
