11/12/25-Hi it’s me.. Maisy May, I am a boxer/American bulldog but I look just like a boxer and I am checking in from my foster home. My foster dad calls me a big chunky monkey, but I know he loves me. I roam around the property here like a big free ranging chicken. I love to explore, but I never leave my foster dad‘s sight. I love all the other boxers here. I think there are 6 of them! I previously lived with many kids from baby & up so I do like kids of all ages. I’m very playful and I love to rough house. If you’re interested in a big full figured girl like me you should put an application into adopt me. You won’t regret it I promise I will love you and kiss you and squeeze you and call you my very own!!!
10/3/25-Maisy May is a busy bee 🐝 She’s preparing for her forever life wherever that may be. She’s a full figured, beautiful ,brown eyed girl looking for love.
9/13/25-Maisy May slept all night long after she got home from her spay Thursday afternoon. She had a donut on & she snored all night long! Lol She woke up & ate a small meal at 1am & then went back to sleep on the dog bed in the kitchen. I left the donut off her for a while so she felt more comfortable and she slept the whole time had no interest in licking her belly or anything like that. I will keep her in the crate at night for a bit because I don’t want her jumping up on the bed with her spay incision. She is going to make a wonderful companion for someone. She loves to ride in the car & loves to be with you. She’s great on the leash & knows how to behave out in public. Although she can be like a bull in a china shop at her size! Lol She is now ready to go to her new home!
9/12/25-Maisy May! I just wanted to give you a little bit of more info on this beautiful, full figured girl. She loves to ride in a car does very well getting in and out and really does enjoy the whole experience She is crate trained, housebroken she free ranges around the property but also stays with the other dogs and she loves to play and wrestle .She minds very well and has great house manners. She’s loves to sleep on the bed and will sleep the entire night. She walks great on the leash. She’s a good girl, not one to jump and want to knock anybody over either.
9/11/25-Maisy May is out of her spay surgery & did great. She is 89 lbs (still overweight) & no medical issues found besides positive for Lyme & faint sighting of anaplasmosis (& tick borne disease). No symptoms of either though & she is on antibiotic to take care of them. She’s doing well with leash walking. She’s going to make a wonderful companion for someone. She rides so well in the car & we had to go to the market this morning before I dropped her off and she rolled in there like she owned the place. Lol She minds well & she free ranges on the property. She’s not reactive to other dogs she meets. Her and my other foster Brooklynne love to wrestle. It’s the cutest thing! Maisy May is such a sweet girl & is now ready to go to her new home!
8/24/25-Maisy May is a very sweet & big boned (lol) 6 year old female boxer/American bulldog mix (aka: Bulloxer) owner surrender that came in today thanks to her transport volunteers. She is beautiful & looks like a big boxer! She was turned over to rescue to find another home as her owner was not able to find housing anymore for a large dog & she had to move quickly. Maisy lived with & was great with babies & up aged kids, dogs & cats. The owner also said she is a real sweetheart & a gentle giant. She also said Maisy is a huge couch potato and truly lives for snuggles. She is leash, crate and house trained too. She looks like she can afford to lose a few pounds but other than that she looks great! We are working on getting her vet checkup, spay, shots as soon as possible. Once she is spayed & we get to know her a little bit she will be ready to go to her new home. This girl is a true rare catch!
