9/29/25-Bruno loves attention and would be a loyal friend, an easy dog to love and he doesn’t require much potty time. He just wants a human to love. He was at a friend’s house rooting on the Bills and came home and went to rest in his crate. Whoever meets him knows he’s a very good dog. He’s so content just hanging out with his foster mom.
9/26/25-Bruno is still looking for his forever home. He is affectionate and sweet and doing great with potty training. He recently was groomed for free by Maria-thanks Maria! He is so handsome & all spiffy now for his new home.
9/21/25-Bruno is a “real dog” now. Going potty on the grass and playing all by himself! A ball or a sock or whatever is on the floor is his toy. Someone will be so lucky to adopt him. He is such a great dog.
9/14/25-We love Bruno! He is a dog that’s quiet, affectionate and is doing great with his potty routine. He hasn’t gotten use to going potty on the grass yet when his outside even though his two foster pups keep trying to show him. He will get it eventually! Lol He likes kids and would do well with or without another dog friend.
9/7/25-Bruno and Snickers are staying with us Friday – Monday while their foster family is on vacation. We love having the boys here! They are so well behaved, quietly sleeping all night in their crates, eating well and snuggle bugs by day! Love them! Both boys saw our cats. Bruno would smell them, wag his tail then leave. Bruno loves to climb in our laps to snuggle any chance he can.
9/2/25-Bruno loves attention but currently remains relatively unenthusiastic about embarking on walks. Both boys (Snickers & Bruno) sleep all night long in their crate. Bruno is looking for a human to scratch his head. He is such a sweet boy. They both got a bath today before their neuter tomorrow & look great!
8/27/25-Getting to know Bruno. He is a great dog. He is affectionate and friendly and although he’s 21 pounds he’d like to be on your lap. He is learning to go potty on the grass and walking on a leash. He likes being with other dogs but would also be good as a spoiled single.
8/24/25-Bruno is in the same foster home as smaller foster boy Snickers (purple harness). These boys really love each other. They play together and are learning to walk on a leash. They slept well last night for almost 10 hours in their crates. They like to rest in the same crate together. They will both do well in a home with or without other dogs.
08/22/25-Bruno (pink harness) is a sweet 4 year old miniature poodle. He came in today from a commercial breeder as they just didn’t need him anymore. He arrived safely into rescue thanks to his transport volunteers. We have a belly band one him just to discourage marking (as an unneutered male breeder dog we do this). He does have an ear infection he is being treated for. His pre-neuter appointment is Tuesday 9/2 & he is being neutered on Thursday 9/4. He will be ready to go home soon after that.
