11/10/25-Here I am, just over 1 full week at my foster home. I got spayed (whatever that means), I have been running & hopping in my fenced in yard. I am learning all about toys ( the little pink dog is my favorite) and I love chewing elk horns. I would do best with a fenced in yard. I can be an only dog, or I fit in with another dog or more. The terrier in me is strong… I am super active, running, hopping, love throwing toys to myself! I am ready for adventure with a new family who wants an active puppy.
11/4/25-Hi, I’m Ruthie. They say I am a cross between a puggle & a terrier, I don’t care. What I do care about is that I had a crazy car ride on Sunday along with this wet thing called a bath. Yuck. Then for the first time ever I slept in this huge bed with my new foster doggie siblings & Auntie. And that was after a dinner of kibbles & rotisserie chicken. Auntie reports I am sweet & loving with my doggie foster siblings, I appear I may already be house trained & I will notify you if I have to go. I also loves running around outside & hopping like a bunny! Lol
11/02/25-Miss Ruthie is a 9 month old terrier/puggle (pug/beagle) mix rescued from an overcrowded backyard breeder. She arrived into foster care today thanks to her transport volunteers. She came in with 4 more puggle & puggle terrier mix puppies from the same home. She is very sweet & how can you not fall for her scraggly look! We have had many others in past from this breeder & they have all been very sweet & great dogs. We had to take her to an emergency vet visit tonight as sadly she had a miscarriage of 2 puppies on the transport. The vet checked thoroughly & said it was an early pregnancy & found no more puppies so she was cleared to be spayed. She has her next vet checkup, shots & spay on Wednesday 11/5. After we get to know Miss Ruthie a little bit more she will be ready to go home.
