08/28/22 – Peaches spent her first few days of freedom in 2 foster homes before coming to us. Many thanks to everyone who helped with her transport and fostering. Peaches met her 2 foster brothers yesterday and is in love with my boxer. After a much deserved time in the spa getting bathed, she ate her dinner with a full appetite and then it was time to play. She loves playing with the boys but is skittish with me. 

She is a full of life energetic puppy who is absolutely beautiful, breaks my heart to think that the mill she was at deemed her unsellable, their loss is Peaches’ gain. What an amazing life she will have, not ever worrying about having to be a mill momma.

As I was looking at her paperwork, I realized they never posted her weight, I will update it once I have the chance to weigh her.

I can’t wait to give further updates on this peachy keen queen as she begins to blossom and have the life she was meant to.

 
8/26/22-Peaches is a 14 week old Bernese Mountain Dog. She was saved from a puppy mill as she just got too old for them to sell. She arrived safely into rescue late tonight thanks to her transport volunteers. More updates soon from her foster home.
