10/25/22-So I’ve had the pleasure of being the temporary foster home for this lovely sweet girl. This beautiful girl loves hanging out and snuggling with all of us in the house. She’s been playing with all the dogs as well as learning from them how to play with bones and balls. Scarlet was a little skinny when she got here but we’re working on fattening her up a bit. She’s eating 3x a day. She’s such a special girl that even my coworker made her homemade pumpkin treats that she loves! She’s walking well on the leash in the fenced in backyard. She saw a cat through the fence and couldn’t care less so that’s a good sign. She definitely has a puppy mischievous side because we’ve caught her grabbing my sons toys. She quickly drops them when we catch her. LOL
10/14/22-Scarlett is a beautiful white & brown 5 year old female boxer. She was saved from a puppy mill as they were done breeding her. She arrived safely into rescue thanks to her transport volunteers & overnight foster spot. Scarlett already loves snuggling on the sofa with her 7 year old human foster brother. She will be spayed in a couple of weeks & ready to go home after. Updates soon from her foster home.
