4/22/23-Ms. Poppy Fields is still available for adoption. Today she watch one of her foster sisters get adopted that came here after her. All she wants is to get a forever home were she can snuggle with her owner, play and eat treats. She love people, kids of all ages, cats & other dogs. Poppy is such a lover, who likes to run around in a fenced in area, ride in a stroller and follow her humans around. We don’t know why no one has scooped this great girl up yet!?
 
4/17/23-Miss Poppy Fields was so good for her haircut today. We turned the garage into a grooming salon. This girl is looking good and ready for her new family!
 

4/14/23-Hello…. Miss Poppy Fields here. I’m still waiting for my forever home! Applicants must worship me like the queen I was meant to be. I love to snuggle. I am a good eater and love treats. I’m not big on leash walking yet (I turn into a mop when you try!) but you can hold me or push me in doggie stroller. I enjoy being outside in the pen. I’m potty pad trained and working on my potty training. The Queen is waiting!

04/02/23-Hi! It is me Ms. Poppy Fields.  I not sure if you forgot about me but I am still here wagging my tail and playing with my foster fur sister Dottie.  My foster parents and Aunt Neenie went on Friday to rescue six dogs ( 3 were just overnighters). I am having the time of my life playing with 3 other dogs they are fostering. My foster parents spoil me with soft and hard food and lots of treats. I do get in trouble when I eat Dottie’s soft food. Mom thinks she is hiding it in the bathroom but I am one step ahead of her. I don’t think Dottie minds or she just hasn’t told me yet. We I am off to watch Pup Academy and eat my sweet potato treat.

3/22/23-Last night, we got to spend the evening with Miss Poppy Fields. She is just the sweetest soul. My 2 yr old daughter is obsessed with her & wouldn’t leave Poppy alone. My daughter was giving her so many hugs and kisses. Poppy was so good with her. Poppy let my daughter sit right with her & didn’t get stressed by all of the attention. My daughter doesn’t really understand personal space, but Miss Poppy didn’t seem to mind. 😍🐾

3/21/23-Poppy is a sweet silly girl. She is shy at first but enjoys being around people. She is great with the resident dog. Poppy also met & was good with younger kids today & is also good with cats! Don’t miss out on this adorable girl.  

3/20/23-Miss Poppy Fields is adjusting to her new life and can’t wait for her forever home. She is doing well with potty pad training. Poppy is eating soft food twice a day with hard food as option throughout the day. She prefers softfood as she recently had some teeth removed. Poppy enjoys mini biscuits and burger bit treats. She is still timid of humans but will snuggle with you on the couch with no resisting. I believe she enjoys snuggle time. Poppy is comfortable around other dogs.  She is definitely a sweetheart!

3/18/23-This adorable girl, Poppy Fields, is already spayed and will be ready for adoption very soon. Poppy is very sweet and still shy at first around humans. She enjoys being with her foster doggie sister. Jeanine already did her hair. Keep you eyes open for updates as we get to know her better.

3/17/23-Please WELCOME to the SCBR foster family… Miss Poppy Fields. She is a four year old Shitzu saved from being killed by a puppy mill as they just got done breeding her. She arrived this afternoon thanks to her transport volunteers. Incredibly sweet, she loves touch even let me look in her mouth. It’s decided now she is going to be a pampered pooch she needs a top knot. So we have a picture of her starter top knot! LOL
