4/7/23-Just a few updates on Muppet to share!  She is appreciating her crate more & more – settles immediately at bedtime and quiet overnite!  No need to take her out mid-sleep as she has been keeping her bedding dry ‘til morning (9hours)!  This morning I slept in a little on my day off and secretly spied her playing in her crate.  It was so cute – she was rolling around in there, chewing her toys quietly & having a great time!  She absolutely loves to be with her people but can independently play and entertain herself too.  She’s really a perfect puppy and ready for her furever home!

4/4/23-We have determined these doodle babies have to be minis & not standard size. They are too tiny for their age & are estimated to be only around 35 lbs full size.

4/3/23-Muppet is doing great settling into house life!  Sunday she & her littermate spent the day romping in my yard while I was cleaning out my flower beds.  They never strayed more than 10ft and were perfect when I called them back.  Her sissy went to her foster later that evening and I was worried how she would deal with the separation.  But she did great!  She ate like a champ and relaxed on the couch for rest of the night.  She even settled quicker in the crate (only took about 10mins) than the night before.  I was so proud of her!  I heard her stirring @ ~3am so took her out for potty and the crate was dry thankfully (>6hours).  We’ve only had a few accidents in the house but she’s doing really well with housebreaking.  Muppet loves to eat and needs to put on a little weight so I’ve been feeding her 3X/day.  This girl is so sweet and silly, she loves to flop and roll around.  And she’s becoming braver by the day too – today she was even chasing my big boxer boy!  More to come on this fun baby!

4/01/23-The girls Piper (white) and Muppet are fed, watered and bathed after some play and a nap.  Sweet as pie.  They weigh 15 lbs so its estimated they should be around 60 lbs full grown. 

03/31/23-Muppet is a cute 13 week old female standard aussiedoodle (standard poodle/Australian shepherd). She was saved along with her 3 siblings from being killed by a puppy mill as they just got too old to sell. They arrived safely into our rescue tonight thanks to their transport & overnight volunteers.  More updates from her foster home soon!
